Welcome to my site, “Will Run 4 Food!” Maybe not the most creative apple in the barrel, but it describes my personal mantra pretty well. That being said, here are a few things you should know about me first:
1. I like to eat. A lot.
2. I like to Run. Even more.
3. I love Jesus.
4. I want to live life to the fullest each day.
5. I am competitive.
6. I enjoy humor, especially in my writing.
7 . I am a Registered Dietitian.
Now I can sufficiently say, “you’ve been warned.” I want this site to be a place to discuss nutrition and exercise-related topics. I want anyone who’s interested to ask questions. I want to offer any insight I can.
I don’t want to be a “know it all.” I don’t want to pretend I lead a perfect life. I don’t want to be fake.
