Protein: What, Where, When, Why?

Another question I get ALL the time as a Dietitian is, “How much protein should I eat?” This seems to be one of the all-time favorite topics of debate among dietitians, personal trainers and bodybuilders. Some schools of thought are centered around a high-protein, low-carb diet. Others are centered around a low-protein, high-carb diet. With all this confusion, it’s no wonder the typical American has no idea how to eat! (More on that topic later…!)
